Overview

As a Technical Support Advisor - Commercial, you will play a key role in providing exceptional technical after-sales service and training to our valued HVAC-R customers. If you are passionate about troubleshooting equipment, collaborating with customers and suppliers, and delivering top-notch technical training, we want to hear from you.

What you will accomplish with us
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting HVAC-R equipment. Assistance may be conducted through visits to the customer job site and by phone.
  • Manage labor and material claims to Master from customers.
  • Act as technical resource to The Master Group office staff.
  • Work with the supplier and customers to find solutions to technical issues on job sites.
  • Prepare and provide technical training and fulfill the objectives given by the sales director.
  • Represent The Master Group at all times while interacting with internal and external customers and building owners.
What You Bring to Our Team
  • College diploma from technical school in HVAC-R related field and / or related experience
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Knowledge of MS Office software.
  • Proficient in trouble shooting mechanical equipment controls.
  • Proficient in interpreting electrical wiring diagrams.
  • Comfortable reading building mechanical plans.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel if needed.
  • G1 / G2 and 313A / 313D
  • Ability to work under pressure
