We're Hiring: Seasonal Maintenance Worker (Summer & Winter)

Location: Bracebridge / Huntsville

Start Date: ASAP

Company Vehicle Provided (Work Use Only)

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Seasonal Maintenance Worker. This position is split into two distinct seasons Summer and Winter with varying duties depending on the time of year.

Summer Duties (May – October)

Scheduled Shifts: 35-45 hours / week

  • You'll be working both independently and as part of a crew to ensure the site is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Duties include :
  • Daily litter pick-up on site
  • Landscape maintenance: grass cutting, trimming, bush clearing / trimming
  • General site maintenance
  • Routine inspections and reporting
  • Photo documentation
Winter Duties (November – April)

On-call 24 / 7, weather-dependent

During the winter season, responsibilities shift to snow and ice management, including :

  • Snow plowing
  • Salting and de-icing
  • Manual snow shoveling as required
  • Routine inspections
  • Photo documentation
Requirements
  • Valid drivers license (company vehicle provided for on-site work)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, especially in winter (on-call)
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
