Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager will be accountable for providing a full range of consultative support and service to business leaders to support the development and delivery of people solutions that align to the vision and strategies of the company. This role provides support to assigned business regions and / or functional groups. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for day-to-day HR management activities including employee relations, policy interpretation & implementation, and performance management. In addition, the Human Resources Manager will support and implement corporate related projects, processes and initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will partner, consult and contribute to business unit decisions and strategy and translate these strategies into tangible HR priorities while ensuring the business and / or functional group complies with all applicable legislation and internal policies.
