A leading mining contractor is looking for an HR Data Administrator to manage employee information and HR systems. Responsibilities include data management, compliance, and report preparation. The ideal candidate has a diploma in HR or Business Administration and 1–3 years of HR experience. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 - $70,000 per year, along with benefits and flexible working arrangements.

We are looking for a Human Resources ("HR") DataAdministrator who is committed to growing their professional career at Procon while gaining valuable knowledge and experience. The ideal candidate will be living in proximity to our corporate office located in Burnaby, BC.
The HR Data Administrator supports the effective management of employee information and HR systems across the organization. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality while assisting with HR processes, reporting, and compliance requirements. By maintaining reliable HR data and contributing to process improvements, the HR Data Administrator helps enable efficient operations and informed decision-making within the HR function.
