The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for administering HR policies and programs at our Whitby Mill location. The primary objective of this function is to develop and maintain effective employee relations.
In summary, this role is responsible for the coordination of programs such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee benefits administration, training, and company-sponsored employee initiatives
