In This Position, You Will Have The Opportunity To
  • Act as an ambassador by reflecting and promoting the values of the Soucy Group
  • Act as a front-line resource for the supervisory team and 150 production employees in HR management
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure the staffing process
  • Advise managers on the administration, interpretation, and application of the current collective agreement
  • Advise managers on required employee management interventions, such as disciplinary measures
  • Ensure compliance with and adherence to human resources policies and procedures and provide guidance on their interpretation
  • Participate in the implementation of strategies for workforce retention, skills development, and overall health
  • Manage and monitor administrative files related to disabilities and occupational health and safety
  • Provide support in the coordination of training activities
  • Support employees on all matters relating to the interpretation of working conditions, policies, and procedures in effect
  • Actively participate in various HR projects and support the HR department in carrying out various mandates
