HR Service Delivery Analyst at a glance...

You will be accountable for the effective functioning of transactional support for the North America & WHQ People & Performance team. You will be supporting the team by interpreting and deciphering data into simplified terms by leveraging institutional knowledge and resources.

What\'s on the menu?

Accurately interprets and handles transactions and inquiries generated from the central case management system for all employee change requests.

Provides expert level consultation and partners with HR Business Partners and team members to ensure accuracy of data prior to resolving transactions and inquiries.

Provides expert case management resolution using institutional knowledge, research, procedures, policies, knowledge database and other reference materials.

Maintains efficient service delivery by ensuring transactional requests and assigned inquiries are accurately reflected in the headcount management and time and attendance systems within established SLA.

Develop, implement, and audit processes associated with case management.

Source, design, and execute end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives to improve HR processes and operational efficiencies.

Provide back-up to team members and participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives as required.

New Hire Base Salary Range :

77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
