This position can be based out of our head office in beautiful Chilliwack BC or our commercial office in Victoria BC.
The Opportunity!
As an HR Partner (HRP) you will have a dedicated group of leaders and employees within your portfolio. You will work collaboratively with leaders, building trusted relationships, and providing guidance on people programs supporting our overall business strategy. You will bring your experience in day-to-day HR activities, knowledge of people programs such as employee engagement, performance management, employee relations and your overall understanding of compliance with employment laws and standards to this exciting role.
The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
