Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave programs
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal requirements
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations
  • Support performance management processes and employee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives, such as diversity programs, wellness activities, and policy updates
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
