  • Conduct fair, thorough, and timely workplace investigations; provide clear recommendations and oversee implementation of outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies, practices, and employment laws across U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions.
  • Culture, Change & Inclusion: Act as a change agent, supporting leaders through organizational change, transformation, and evolving ways of working.
  • Partner with leaders to promote inclusive leadership behaviors and equitable people practices.
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and employee experience.
  • Data & Continuous Improvement: Use people data and trends (e.g., engagement, turnover, performance insights) to inform recommendations and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR programs, processes, and leader capability.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to continuously evolve HR practices and tools.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, HR, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years relevant experience in Human Resources, including experience in organization design, talent assessment and development, change management, recruitment, job and compensation programs, employee relations, and managing complex/sensitive workplace investigations.
