Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and leave tracking
  • Assist with preparation of employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other relevant documents
  • Perform filing, data entry and answering phone calls
  • Support payroll processing and verifying attendance records and leave applications
  • Maintain and record all documentation
