As a Housekeeping Aide, you will perform meaningful work daily to ensure a safe and clean environment for residents. You will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is on helping residents live fully, every day.

How You’ll Succeed

1. Provide Thorough Cleaning

   • Provide excellent cleaning and sanitizing of residents’ rooms as well as the common areas in the community
   • Ensure supplies are suitable and equipment is in proper working order
   • Deliver the cleaning in a positive and professional manner

2. Provide Resident Privacy and Room Preparation

   • Ensure residents' privacy is respected
   • Prepare rooms for new residents ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and welcoming

Who You Are

• Secondary school graduate or approved equivalent
