We are hiring a Personal Live-In House Manager for a full-time, live-in position that requires travel between Toronto, Canada (6 months) and Florida, USA (6 months). The role offers a competitive salary, private accommodations in both locations, and all travel expenses covered.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and experienced Personal Live-In House Manager to support the COO of our company. This role involves living and working in both Toronto and Florida alternating approximately every six months. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a dynamic household environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence
  • Laundry and wardrobe care (including ironing and organization)
  • Meal preparation and light cooking (knowledge of healthy meals is a plus)
  • Running errands (e.g., grocery shopping, dry cleaning, package pickup)
  • Occasional childcare (as needed)
  • Driving to appointments or running errands (vehicle provided if necessary)
  • Coordinating with service providers and vendors as required
  • Packing / unpacking for travel and seasonal transitions between homes
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar live-in executive housekeeper or personal assistant role
  • Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
  • Ability to travel and work legally in Canada
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility with hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed
