A local accredited school authority in Alberta is seeking Support Teachers for a Home Education program. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong Christian values and ability to work collaboratively in a professional online learning environment. A Bachelor of Education and an Alberta Teaching Certificate are required. Part-time positions are available working with grades 1-3. Responsibilities include developing strategies and integrating Biblical values. Experience in Home Education is an asset.

Support Teachers for Koinonia @ Home are needed for a variety of locations in the province to serve families interested in Home Education in a Christian community. Experience with Home Education, either as a student or a teacher/parent, is an asset. A desire to support families pursuing Home Education is a requirement.
Online Teachers with experience, or who are tech savvy and eager to learn are welcome to apply. Part time positions are available in several subject areas.
0.5 FTE Teachers needed; we would like to start a Blended program in a number of our communities. The teacher would teach grades 1-3 one day of week in Math, Language Arts and an option (depending on teacher and location) provide work for the parents to administer in these subjects the rest of the week. Students would then drop off last weeks work during the all-day class and pick up the next weeks work.
