Responsibilities

What You\'ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our Home and Community Autism and Related Services program, including services utilization, team management, outreach, and budgeting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and families, ensuring their needs are met with care and compassion.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders and community partners to promote program growth and success.
  • Supervise and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest-quality client services.
  • Provide regular onsite program services coverage and engage in our 24-hour on-call rotation to ensure continued service excellence.
  • Monitor performance benchmarks and ensure program services exceed expectations and compliance standards.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

  • Lead recruitment efforts, interview and hire new staff, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Foster a positive and empowering work environment by providing daily guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Offer training and development opportunities to help staff grow in leadership, clinical excellence, and client-centered care.
  • Ensure staff compliance with performance standards and organizational policies.
  • Regularly evaluate service delivery and make data-driven recommendations to improve quality and efficiency.

Collaboration & Community Engagement

  • Act as a key representative of BSF by facilitating client interest meetings and engaging with the community.
  • Participate in internal emergency response efforts and coordinate cross-departmental support as needed.
  • Inspire and promote trust and collaboration among staff, clients, and community stakeholders.

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Play an integral role in special projects that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Onsite Work: Regular onsite presence is required.
  • Physical Requirements: You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and perform other essential physical tasks.
  • Client Interaction: Be prepared for occasional exposure to aggressive behaviors from clients in the course of providing exceptional care.

What We\'re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor\'s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Education, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, OR
    • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a Behavioral Health Care environment.
  • Key Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, guide, and support clients and staff.
    • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Ability to lead a team with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
    • Data-driven, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Knowledgeable in Google Suite, and willing to learn and utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
