A student organization in Kingston is seeking a First Year Representative Volunteer to advocate for first-year History students. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Student Advocacy : Represent the interests, concerns, and ideas of first-year History students to the DSC and Faculty.
  • Event & Program Support : Assist in planning and executing social, academic, and professional development events for first-year students.
  • Communication & Outreach : Share updates, opportunities, and resources from the DSC with first-year History students via email, social media, or class announcements.
  • Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from first-year students on courses, events, and overall experience, and relay it to DSC leadership for consideration.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other DSC executives and representatives to ensure initiatives are inclusive and meet the needs of all students.
  • Engagement : Encourage first-year students to participate in DSC activities, clubs, and campus opportunities.
