Overview

Hiring Club Concierge / Host at The Sports Bar at Rogers Arena. This is an hourly, events-based, part-time position. The Sportsbar is a live sports and dining experience at Rogers Arena, offering an energetic venue with premium hospitality expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class service to season ticket holders, VIPs, and Sportsbar guests
• Greet and assist guests as necessary upon arrival
• Proactively engage with fans to create a friendly and personal connection
• Work collaboratively as a key member of a larger team across the organization and maintain a positive and professional demeanor

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with varying start times
• Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs
• Must be able to stand during scheduled shifts, with repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
• Strong communication skills, including listening abilities and the ability to respond to guest inquiries
• If you are a non-Canadian resident, you must hold a valid work permit that expires no earlier than July 2019
