Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew by following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing their needs and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.

• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and deliver safety demonstrations to passengers.

• Assist passengers during boarding and deplaning, ensuring smooth operations.

• Respond promptly and efficiently to any in-flight issues or emergencies.

• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages while maintaining hygiene and service quality standards.

• Manage passenger queries, complaints, and special requests professionally and empathetically.

• Comply with all aviation regulations, airline policies, and customer service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
