Administrative Assistant

Providing support to two of the owners of Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage Excellence

Responsibilities
  • Manage Email inboxes to Ensure Emails are Received by the Appropriate Recipients and Addressed According to Urgency
  • Coordinate and Organize Team Messages
  • Book and Prepare for Meetings
  • Schedule and Book Travel Arrangements and Accommodations
  • Keep track of Tasks for the Owners: Manage Timelines and Communicate Progress of Projects to the COO
  • Other Various Administrative Tasks, as required
Requirements
  • Detail Orientated and Organized
  • Proficiency and Accuracy in Documentation Collection and Data Entry
  • Professional, Friendly and Clear with Client Communication
  • Prioritizing tasks and Time management in a Busy Work Environment
  • Strong Computer and Keyboarding Skills including with knowledge of Google Docs and ability to learn Industry Specific Software
We Offer
