A leading global diamond company is seeking a Health and Safety Administrative Specialist for a term position at the Ekati Diamond Mine in Canada. The specialist will support safety advisors with administrative duties, manage reporting and maintain safety statistics. Responsibilities include SAP entries, statistical analysis, and supporting emergency response. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ mining or industry administrative experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Demonstrated high level of energy, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with both internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all reporting requirements as directed by management.
  • Responsible for SAP entries.
  • Maintain statistics regarding health and safety incidents and accidents.
