Martell Ventures is not a typical venture studio. We launch AI-native companies that solve painful, urgent problems for SMBs. Every venture goes through our 90-Day Incubation Sprint, moving from MeVO → F10 ($100K presell) → F50 ($500K run-rate) on the path to $10M ARR in under 36 months. We don't bet on ideas—we bet on elite operators.

The Role

We are hiring a Head of Product to run product incubation end-to-end. This is a founder-level role inside the studio: recruiting elite Business Leader / Technical Leader pairs, driving presales, coordinating GTM launches, and taking ventures from Day 0 to $1M ARR within 12 months.

You will be embedded inside Martell's incubation system, equipped with distribution (Dan Martell's network), playbooks, and a dedicated support team. Your mandate is to incubate one company per month, ensuring each hits F10 / F50 milestones on schedule.

What You'll Do
  • Recruit & Onboard Founders: Source, vet, and onboard elite Business Leaders and Tech Leaders into new ventures
  • Run recruiting pipelines, interviews, and founder-market fit assessments
  • Structure compensation and equity frameworks (per MV templates)
  • Incubation Execution: Drive each venture through the 90-Day Sprint (MeVO → F10 → F50→F100+)
  • Oversee validation, presales, and first 50 customer launches
  • Build scorecards, run standups, and track weekly L10s
  • Continuously refine the incubation system — focus on building the process, optimizing improvements with every pass, and turning the sprint into a scalable machine
  • Go-to-Market & Distribution: Coordinate with Dan Martell's media team to schedule pitches and secure distribution to his audience
  • Design and execute outbound playbooks: cold email, LinkedIn, DMs, and partner campaigns
  • Support creation of media assets (1-pagers, Looms, decks) to convert early adopters
  • Operational Systems: Stand up shared drives, CRM pipelines, ad accounts, and reporting systems for each new venture
  • Manage variable compensation structures, NDAs, term sheets, and onboarding templates
  • Ensure all IP, contracts, and budgets are in compliance with MV standards
  • Investor & Customer Interface: Support preparation for presell pitches, customer demos, and investor updates
  • Maintain founder accountability through weekly scorecards and KPIs
  • Protect Martell Ventures' brand and Dan Martell's reputation by ensuring products are validated before public launches

  • At least 3–5 ventures scaled to $1M ARR within your first year
  • Path to $10M ARR within 3 years across each launched company
  • The incubation system itself improves with every cycle — playbooks sharpen, processes become more efficient, and the machine gets stronger with each pass
