We’re seeking a Senior Product Leader who will drive the development and execution of our product strategy, technical architecture, and roadmap. If you want to leverage technology for social good and lead meaningful innovation, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap, aligning technology solutions with VESTA’s mission and growth goals.
• Oversee technical architecture and product development, ensuring scalable, secure, and privacy-compliant solutions.
• Drive user-centered, trauma-informed design, incorporating research and stakeholder feedback to build inclusive, impactful products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and outsourced teams, ensuring effective execution from concept to launch.
• Use analytics and insights to inform decisions, measure impact, and guide continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product management, digital health, or technology innovation, with experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong technical foundation in software architecture, cloud platforms, and data security; AI / ML experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and scale digital solutions in diverse, multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership.
