You Will
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Responsiblefortheplanning and execution ofproductlinestrategyin market. Including new product introductions, portfolio optimisation, and pricingensuring alignment with global imperatives and growth aspirations.
- Ensures thestrategic planistranslatedtotheirTeamfor theidentification ofexecutable actionsthatdelivertothe strategy, resulting in increased product market share and profitable growth.
- Ensuresdisciplined and effective execution of those plans, including identifiedpriority changes and transformation activity.
- Promotespersonal responsibility for trackingandreporting on the progressofthe strategic plan’simplementation,through the use ofPeople + Goal processes and tools, to drive delivery to plan.
- Providesquality, hands on leadership, creating a thoughtful vision of what success looks liketoengagethepeople to deliver the right work that will strengthenFP’sperformance.
- Ensuresappropriate stakeholdermanagement approaches are taken with the product lineto ensure highly effective cross-functional collaboration with global supporting functions.
- Providesregular reporting updatesonproduct lineperformanceto the Executive Managementandas well as across the local andglobalMarket Group.
ProductLine
- Deeply understands theproductlinesandtheirpricepositioningin market, including hard and soft factors that influence these things.
- Keeps current on changes and best practice that influenceProductLine’s strategic plans.
- Managesand cultivatescross-businessexecution ofproduct introductions into themarket to leveragegrowthopportunities.
- Drives portfolio optimisation ensuring correct positioning and mix of high performing products,and rationalising of low performing products,aligned to F&P’s strategic positioning and goals.
- Identifiesandestablishesnewmarketopportunities for product introductions, cultivating a momentum of enthusiasm and pullfor F&P’s brand,visionand products.
- Ensures a seamless, brand aligned representation of F&P’s brand value proposition is applied across all customer touch points oftheproductline.
- Ensuresall activitiesof theproduct lineare performed in compliance with state, and federal regulations and laws governing business.
Product LineOperational Leadership
- Drives Operational Excellence through a weekly cadence ofoperational andPeople + Goal forums,processand tools, adhering to the key principlesof: clear accountability, forward focus, local leadership, globalparticipationand efficiency.
- Effective, visibleleadership that influencesa culture of energy andenthusiasm.Role modelsF&P’s behaviours anddemonstratesdirect knowledge of functions within theproduct teamand theirimportantrolethey play inconnectingtomarketstrategy.
- Overseesandensureseffectivefinancialmanagementof theproductlines(planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting and audit) with a significant focus on driving revenue and margin growth and increased profitability.
- Partnerswith the FinancialManagerin preparation and submission of annual operational budgets, managing effectively within this budget, and reporting accurately on progress made and challengesencountered.
- Leverages cross-functional strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or to address organisational challenges thateitherhinderor are needed toprogressthe performance and customer experience of theproductline.
ProductTeam Leadership
- Ensuresproductline’sadherence tomaintainingglobal alignment of F&P’s Market organisational design by working with F&P’s central team whenidentifyinga need for new roles.
- Coaches, develops, andretainshigh-performing leaders with an emphasis on developing capability in strategicareasofproduct.
- Ensures deep understanding of F&P’s brand aspiration,visionand strategic direction.
- Takesresponsibility forestablishingand aligning a culture whichdemonstratesF&P’sbrand values and step up behaviours
- Leads recruitment, and development ofleadershiproles, ensuring the acquisition of talent has the critical capabilities needed to deliver to F&P’s growth plans.
- Sustains all people practises that underpin a high performing team.
- Partnerswith, andsupports the development and implementation of leadership training programs with a focus on increasing leadership capability across the Market Group.
You Have:
- Globalmulti-nationalleadership including strategy creation and executionof aProductLine.
- Proven leadership,witha track record,of successfullytransforming andgrowingaProductLinethatincreasedmarket share and profitability growth.
- Business leadership acrossfunctional areasofa global consumerorganisationincluding budget and fiscal management experience
- Proven experience as a senior operational leader – encompassing sales, warehousing, andcustomerservice business
- Strongfinancialunderstandingandanalyticalskills.Abilitytodevelopandapplythebestcommercialandfinancialsolutionfortherightsituationandenvironment.
- Abilitytodevelopandimplementeffectivecustomerrelationshipmanagementstrategies.
- Expertunderstandingoftheleversrequiredtodeliverprofitablegrowthoftheproductlineanddeliveraworld-classendtoendcustomerexperience.
- University undergraduate degree. Additional MBA or business-relatedqualificationdesired but not essential.
