We’re hiring a Head of Operations (insert a crowd cheering!)

Total Life is a pre-Series A company on a mission to transform mental health care for older adults — one of the most underserved populations in healthcare.

Millions of seniors struggle with depression, anxiety, loneliness, and loss. Most never get care. We exist to change that — and the impact is real, measurable, and deeply human.

This role is for someone who wants to help run a startup — not just work at one.

The role

As Head of Operations, you’ll be the internal engine of Total Life. You’ll work directly with the CEO and own how the company runs day-to-day — turning strategy into execution, growth into systems, and chaos into clarity.

This is not a corporate role. This is a builder role.

What you’ll own
  • Company-wide operations and execution
  • Finance oversight: budgeting, cash flow, burn, runway visibility
  • Partnering with payroll, accounting, and vendors
  • Hiring operations, onboarding, and HR infrastructure
  • Operational systems that scale without bureaucracy
  • Leveraging AI and modern tools to increase speed and leverage
