OVERVIEW:

Join us. We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Head of Marketing (Marketing Supervisor) to take on a leadership role in managing key marketing projects, overseeing a design team, and ensuring the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across various platforms. You will be responsible for managing the development of seasonal guides, external marketing materials, trade show preparations, and internal branding, as well as leading a marketing designer in these areas. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with strategic oversight, while collaborating with other departments to drive consistent brand messaging and growth.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure a consistent, trend-forward brand identity across seasonal guides, external marketing materials, trade show presentations, and internal branding efforts. From booth designs and website enhancements to customer-facing product guides, your work will influence major national retailers and inspire purchasing decisions.

This position offers a rare blend of creative freedom and strategic responsibility—providing the autonomy to shape visual direction while aligning with company goals. You will gain more hands-on experience in one year than in five years at most agencies, all within a fast-growing (500% growth over the past decade), friendly, and collaborative team environment in our newly renovated workspace.

A quick note: We recently posted a similar role under the title "Marketing Supervisor". We ultimately decided to make this a more senior role with a focus on strategy. i.e. CTI has a successful sales and marketing process in place. The challenge is how to make it 10% better each year. What strategies, methods, techniques, and best practices have we overlooked that we can add to our toolkit? We need both your strategic insight and hands-on skills. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person. You will enjoy plenty of creative freedom, a long runway to execute your vision, and the support of a patient, understanding leadership team.

: $90,000 per year
