Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in corporate wellness, culture, health coaching or related areas.
• Certifications such as Prosci, Wellness Coach, CWP, CPT, RD (considered an asset).
• Experience in employee engagement, change management and culture enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate employee well‑being programs with a focus on early intervention.
• Provide expert advice to leaders on organisational changes impacting employee wellness.
• Develop and implement culture initiatives aligned with our People Strategy and Culture Commitment.
• Support leadership development programmes emphasising psychological safety.
• Build strong partnerships with community resources, union representatives and external providers.
