We’re hiring a Marketplace Manager to drive revenue growth across Amazon, TikTok Shops, and other high‑conversion marketplaces. You’ll own everything from listings to paid media to inventory coordination. If you know how to squeeze every ounce of performance from marketplaces, this is your sandbox.
This is a full‑time, remote‑first position focused on driving P&L impact.
Marketplace Revenue Growth – Measures overall sales performance and year‑over‑year channel growth across platforms.
Profitability per Channel – Tracks contribution margins after ad spend, fees, fulfillment, and discounts to ensure sustainable scaling.
Operational Efficiency – Includes inventory health, fulfillment speed, return rates, and listing issue resolution.
Listing & Content Optimization Performance – Evaluates product visibility, conversion rates, keyword ranking, and content accuracy.
Advertising Effectiveness – Focuses on campaign ROI, ad cost control (ACOS/TACoS), and sales impact driven by paid traffic.
