Overview

I run a fast-growing SaaS company and digital marketing agency for dentists, and I’m looking for a leader to take over the agency so I can focus on scaling the company’s growth. The person we hire will step into the role of Marketing Agency Manager, taking full ownership of agency operations, client results, and team performance. The ideal candidate is an expert in both Google PPC and SEO, with the ability to not only execute high-performing campaigns but also delegate tasks effectively to team members and contractors. They should also be comfortable educating prospective clients, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring every campaign drives measurable success. You’ll work directly with me to oversee strategy, optimize performance, and elevate the entire client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of CTD’s marketing agency division, reporting directly to the CEO
  • Oversee client accounts to ensure top-tier performance, retention, and satisfaction
  • Lead and optimize Google Ads and Facebook / Instagram Ads campaigns
  • Drive SEO strategies: keyword research, backlinking, technical SEO, and content optimization
  • Oversee the design and build of conversion-focused landing pages and websites
  • Manage content strategy and production for blogs, social media, and client collateral
  • AI & Automation: Integrate AI tools to streamline campaign management, reporting, and content creation
  • Stay ahead of trends to adopt new technologies that improve performance
  • Client Growth & Retention: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and ROI-driven results
  • Build scalable onboarding, reporting, and client communication systems
  • Develop case studies, success stories, and results-driven collateral

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • We’re looking for someone who has 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency or SaaS environment
  • Is a proven expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, landing page optimization, and / or conversion funnels
  • Has experience leading a marketing team and managing client accounts
  • Is highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented
  • Knows how to balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership
  • Is tech-savvy and proficient with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, N8N, etc.)
  • Is comfortable with WordPress (Elementor), Unbounce, and marketing automation platforms
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to be part of a growing company and team
  • Note: If you own an existing dental marketing agency, we are open to M & A conversations.
