What the Role Involves

Responsibilities
The Happiness Hub Supervisor provides hands-on leadership, supporting team members and clients in real-time. This includes:

  • Monitoring live interactions to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand standards, with coaching provided as needed.
  • Providing ongoing training and performance feedback to Happiness Experts.
  • Supporting the Happiness Hub Manager with daily operations, client communications, reservations, and administrative tasks like payroll and scheduling.
  • Training team members on system updates and applications.
  • Ensuring inquiries are answered promptly with high service levels.

What You Need

  • Proven leadership experience
  • At least 2 years in hotel guest services or reservations
  • Experience with hotel property management systems (Infor experience is an asset)
  • Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Understanding of hotel operations (asset)
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders (asset)
