Job Summary

As a Sr Product Architect in the ISG domain you will leverage your extensive experience in Guidewire technologies to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance our insurance products. Your expertise will drive the development and integration of Guidewire applications ensuring seamless operations and improved customer experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product architecture with business goals.

Responsibilities

Own the technical architecture for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and upgrades

Define target-state architecture for ClaimCenter v10+ including application integration data and infrastructure layers

Provide technical leadership and governance across development testing and deployment teams

Review and approve technical designs extensions and customizations

Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions within the Guidewire ecosystem ensuring seamless connectivity across PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.

Oversee the development and deployment of Guidewire tools and accelerators to enhance system functionality and streamline processes.

  • Provide expert guidance on the use of Guidewire Studio and Digital Portal to optimize user experience and system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration opportunities and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure the effective use of Guidewire Ins Suite Fundamental and predefined and custom plugins to support business needs.
  • Manage the integration of Guidewire ContactManager to improve customer relationship management and data accuracy.
  • Utilize Guidewire Work Model to facilitate hybrid work arrangements ensuring productivity and collaboration across teams.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in integration architecture focusing on scalability security and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Guidewire technologies fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that deliver value.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by leveraging integration solutions to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Possess extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities.
  • Have a strong background in using Guidewire tools and accelerators to enhance system capabilities and drive business success.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Guidewire Studio and Digital Portal optimizing user experience and system performance.
  • Exhibit expertise in Guidewire Ins Suite Fundamental and predefined and custom plugins supporting business needs effectively.
  • Show capability in integrating Guidewire ContactManager to improve customer relationship management and data accuracy.
  • Display knowledge of Guidewire Work Model to facilitate hybrid work arrangements and ensure team productivity.
  • Hold a minimum of 16 years of experience in integration architecture with a focus on Guidewire technologies.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until March 11 2026

The annual salary for this position is between $120- 165 K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
