Qualifications

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to patrons and coworkers.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Represent as the first point of contact with guests; greet guests using exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and service etiquette.
• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles ensuring safety and security procedures.
• Escort guests to their rooms and inform them of hotel’s facilities.
• Respond to automated service order requests.
• Provide accurate directions to all areas of the Hotel and Casino complex.
• Comply with safety and emergency procedures.
