Guest Service Manager
Responsibilities
- Greet guests & provide a warm welcome.
- Be involved in every aspect of our Guest's experience from check in / out, reservations and settling guest accounts.
- Create a memorable arrival and departure experience.
- Personalize service, anticipating our guests needs.
- Respond to internal and external guest requests by email, phone and fax.
- Turn challenges into opportunities with innovative and creative problem-solving.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Customer Centric approach
- Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think independently, possess good judgment, proven problem-solving skills and effective decision-making skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
