Reports To

Guest Service Manager

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests & provide a warm welcome.
  • Be involved in every aspect of our Guest's experience from check in / out, reservations and settling guest accounts.
  • Create a memorable arrival and departure experience.
  • Personalize service, anticipating our guests needs.
  • Respond to internal and external guest requests by email, phone and fax.
  • Turn challenges into opportunities with innovative and creative problem-solving.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to think independently, possess good judgment, proven problem-solving skills and effective decision-making skills
