Guest Service Supervisor – Pursuit Collection, Jasper, AB

Pay: $20.50 per hour
Job type: Full-time
Location: Jasper, AB
Start date: February 11, 2025

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the guest services team: allocations, stations, cash tills, task assignments.
  • Assign duties, schedule breaks, and ensure high performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle complex guest inquiries, complaints, and escalations through email, phone, and in‑person.
  • Oversee point‑of‑sale systems and SkyTram flight scheduling to minimize wait times.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Guest Services Agents.
  • Maintain communication with lift operators, ticket sales, group sales, and travel agents.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures, assist with cash outs, deposits, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and validate operational and financial reports.
  • Resolve operational issues and staff guidance, escalating when needed.
  • Monitor guest feedback and service delivery, identify improvement areas.
Qualifications
  • 2‑4 years in hospitality with supervisory experience (asset).
  • Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, POS).
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Ability to guide staff, provide positive reinforcement, and encourage success.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills under stress.
  • Physical stamina for extended periods on indoor/outdoor higher elevation; weather tolerance.
  • Secondary language skills are an asset.
  • Consent to criminal record check for “Always Honest” commitment.

Beautiful, iconic location in the Canadian Rockies. Team members from across the globe; dynamic, independent tasks. Hotel/housing includes trees, lakes, and blue‑bird skies. Physical demands include walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
