Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their 'Wanderlust' experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging.
• Interact with all guests and welcome each guest to the hotel.
• Open the door as you welcome guests arriving by motor vehicle.
• Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in.
• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested.
• Escort guests and their luggage to their room at check-in.
• Work with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience.
• Assist in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
• Go beyond the norm to make a positive difference for guests.
