You will be responsible for owning the growth roadmap, setting product initiatives, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution.

The Genuine team was created recently when technology and data science caught up to the piracy problem, and we got a real look at the size of the opportunity. We began experimenting with new digital methods to identify, engage, and convert people using invalid software licenses into Autodesk subscribers. It worked. We proved we could generate revenue. Now, we’re in the process of scaling the Genuine Software business and need your help.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop growth strategies for our lead funnel, driving user acquisition and retention.
  • Own the roadmap and set product initiatives to optimize the lead funnel and drive growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the analytics team to deliver analytical projects and leverage data insights to inform decision‑making. Help define and implement new analytical products, including pre‑launch analysis, launch strategy, and post‑launch engagement.
  • Utilize analytical skills and data‑driven insights to identify problems, uncover opportunities, and continuously improve our digital marketing and growth efforts.
  • Operate with a sense of urgency. In close collaboration with the user experience designer, run our testing and campaign engine by setting up and reviewing creative and technical content, confirming campaigns are running correctly, and connecting loose threads across teams.
  • Use analytics and competitive analysis to understand campaign performance and propose new campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with teams such as analytics, LC sales, customer success, and engineering to manage projects from strategy to execution.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in product management, growth marketing, or a related field, with a focus on driving growth initiatives and optimizing lead funnels.
  • Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and inform decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
Benefits
  • Insurance: Health/Dental/Vision/Life
  • Work‑Life Balance
  • Paid volunteer time off
  • 6 week paid sabbatical every 4 years
  • Employee Resource Groups
