Job summary

A leading growth-focused venture firm in Kelowna is seeking a world-class growth operator to drive the overall growth engine of the portfolio. You will be responsible for implementing growth strategies, coaching founders, and ensuring that all ventures achieve essential business milestones. Candidates should have experience taking products from zero to more than $5M in annual recurring revenue and must demonstrate outstanding leadership and analytical skills. This is an in-office position.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling products from zero to $5M+ in ARR.
• Strong command over growth fundamentals and metrics.
• Ability to diagnose issues and prescribe solutions.

Responsibilities
