Job Description

DOZR.com is the world's largest online equipment rental marketplace which combines price transparency, a comprehensive view of the market, and a seamless user experience for contractors and rental companies.

The DOZR.com marketplace is expanding fast, and as a Growth Engineer on the MarTech team, you will be working closely with the marketing and engineering team on cross-functional projects. You will also be a liason with Google and Facebook APIs to help optimize our marketing efforts on AdWords, Facebook, Instagram and other marketing channels.

This is a high impact role with a chance to be the founding engineering in our growth marketing efforts.

In a typical day, you will:

• Build online and offline conversion optimization integrations with Facebook API
• Optimize Google Analytics e-commerce goals and actions
• Strategize and define new growth hacking projects

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

• Passion for the intersection of digital marketing and engineering
• Interest and passion for using engineering to grow B2B and consumer facing products
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable and robust production grade code
• Ability to collaborate and executing within a fast-paced engineering team with agile dev sprints
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to new problems and learn new skills fast. We have a diverse microservices based architecture, and continuously encounter new and exciting engineering problems!
• Independent learners who can quickly ramp up to speed on our stack (React/Redux/React Native/Node.js/MongoDB), and build features end to end for our client facing web and native applications
• Ability to conduct peer code reviews of fellow developers in the Full Stack Engineering team
