Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in a custodial or hospitality role is an asset.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep of the staff residence building and surrounding grounds.
• Maintain outdoor walkways, including snow removal.
• Ensure fire safety equipment is up-to-date and accessible.

Skills

Class 5 driver’s licence

Strong organization and time-management skills

Ability to work in variable weather conditions

First-Aid certification
