The E-Volunteer’s Role

Cuso International invites qualified candidates interested in working with the youth sector to make a positive impact for future generations.

As a volunteer with Rejoice Africa, you will help evaluate and revise the Young Leaders Development (YLD) three-year training program and develop graphic design materials to empower youth and young leaders in their communities.

As an e-volunteer, you will:

• Prepare visual teaching tools
• Design branding for training materials
• Edit and organize training content

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or a related field. Proven experience in content writing or copywriting.
• Strong theoretical and practical background in graphic design, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Basic motion graphic design, video editing, GIF creation, 3D software, and animation skills are advantageous.
• Knowledge of media production and communication, excellent verbal skills, attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, and openness to change.

About E-Volunteering

Cuso International’s e-volunteering program allows volunteers to work remotely with our international partners. It offers the benefits of international volunteering, fitting into your weekly schedule without needing a passport. Volunteers contribute to communities, gain new skills, and make connections. Volunteers must provide their own basic home office equipment and internet. Flexibility and patience are important, especially when working with remote or first-time partners.
