We are searching for a Graphic Designer who brings impeccable taste, an obsessive eye for detail and a mind for metrics to join our advertising team. If you’re fluent in creative trends, understand digital marketing metrics, love creating beautiful, on‑brand assets that convert, and thrive in a fast‑paced, creative, collaborative environment, we want to see your work!

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Static digital advertisement design
  • Graphics for email marketing
  • Branding and logos for products and campaigns.
  • Trade show, packaging, and product design

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staying up to date with design trends.
  • Work with members of the Marketing Department to design promotional materials for use across a variety of media, with an emphasis on digital.
  • Creative for use across banners, social media, email, landing pages and more.
  • Ensure that graphic elements meet job‑appropriate specifications.
  • Preparing design files in order to properly hand off to marketers, developers and other designers.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Key Qualifications:

  • A design degree or certificate is a plus, but not required
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
  • Compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates experience in producing creative that generates results.
  • Experience working on a Marketing team is a plus.
  • Be familiar with digital advertising analytics and success metrics

Skills, Abilities, and Attributes:

  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Design Suite and Figma.
  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • Experience in Meta and Google advertising.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the team and form productive relationships across departments.
  • Experience in video and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Studio photography experience is a plus.
  • Digital marketing and copywriting skills are a plus.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to proactively find problems and offer solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of work.
  • Excellent organization and workflow management.
  • Strong asset management, time management, communication and organizational skills.
