Hourly Rate: $26.50
This position is funded through the Graduate Transition Initiative delivered by techNL and the Department of Jobs, Growth, and Rural Development. The initiative provides support to eligible companies that hire recent graduates into software development and tech sales roles, providing meaningful early-career experience while supporting long-term growth in
Newfoundland and Labrador’s tech sector.
Eligible graduates from a minimum one year program at a recognized post secondary institution or workforce or skills training provider in Newfoundland and Labrador in 2023–2025 are encouraged to apply.
Weevva is building the confidence layer for renting in Canada. Our tools help independent landlords and tenants verify each other, understand their rights and responsibilities, and navigate the rental process with clarity and fairness. We are hiring a Growth and Partnerships Coordinator to help widen Weevva’s reach, build relationships, and generate consistent momentum as we grow across NL and beyond. This role blends outreach, early-stage growth work, partnerships, and light marketing. You will have autonomy to run outreach campaigns, coordinate CRM activity, develop messaging, and identify potential community and organizational partnerships. You’ll collaborate with the founder on strategy and direction, while independently driving day‑to‑day work that helps Weevva connect with landlords, tenants, associations, and community
partners.
This is an ideal role for a new graduate who enjoys communicating, taking initiative, organizing information, and shaping how an early‑stage tech company grows.
