Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide longitudinal primary care services to a diverse patient population, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
• Provide patient education and promote healthy lifestyle choices.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) or equivalent.
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous professional development.
• Balanced hours – Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Evenings and weekends remain yours.

• Diagnostics on site – spirometry, ECG and Holter monitoring run by our own technicians.
