Job Title: Governance Analyst Student

Locations Available: Toronto OR Sault Ste. Marie

Duration: 8 months - Winter/Summer (January to August 2026)

Type: Student Full Time

Range: $18.50 - $28.50

As a Governance Analyst Co-op Student at OLG you will support the Casino Gaming Governance and Controls team by coordinating all aspects of our governance oversight model including managing meetings, evidentiary documentation, and contract analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Governance and Controls team in executing governance activities in support of contractual relationships with strategic service providers of gaming casinos
  • Conduct thorough contract analysis to operationalize and manage contractual obligations for OLG and the service providers of gaming casinos
  • Assist in updating process and control documentation
  • Support the team in responding to audits and reviews completed by both internal and external governing bodies
  • Assist in preparation of governance and audit reporting to alert management of progress and trends
  • Engage with stakeholders to follow up on action items, issues, and decisions to ensure documentation is complete and accurate, and that appropriate governance processes are followed
What You Need To Play
  • Sound interest in law, commerce, accounting, business administration, or related field
  • Comfortable working as part of a versatile team and liaising with multiple business units
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint; MS Visio and Salesforce would be an asset
  • The passion and hunger to learn, high attention to detail, and strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Work collaboratively within an agile environment
