Qualifications

• 15+ years of Capital Markets Technology experience – primarily in Risk management.
• Good exposure to end‑to‑end trade lifecycle management and EOD risk analytics.
• Strong experience programming with Java 17+, SpringBoot, SQL, Reactive programming, CICD DevOps.
• Good exposure to cloud‑native/big data technologies like Apache Spark, Apache AirFlow, S3.
• Hands‑on experience on databases with SQL – preferably PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead two global technology teams for BAU and major initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and track targets.
• Set ambitious technology goals and drive teams to completion.
• Be a hands-on technology leader for optimal solutions.
