A forward-thinking tech company based in Canada is seeking a Head of Growth and Operations to lead their global go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of B2B marketing experience, focusing on demand generation and marketing operations. This is not your typical growth marketing role. We’re looking for a bold, creative, and metrics-obsessed Head of Growth and Operations to architect and run the engine that powers our global AI go-to-market. You’ll have full ownership of demand generation, digital, ABM, marketing operations, and strategy driving pipeline at scale while building one of the most admired growth machines in the fastest-moving space in tech. The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between $205,000 and $280,000 USD/year. This range represents the annual base salary. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on various factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
