This role offers the opportunity to manage client interactions, mentor staff, and ensure technical excellence in geotechnical projects. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, professional licensure, and extensive geotechnical experience, along with strong leadership and business development skills.

Langan is seeking aGeotechnical Practice Leaderto lead the expansion of our Geotechnical discipline in Calgary, Canada. This individual will serve a key function overseeing the growth of an industry-renowned regional practice in managing client interaction and development, providing staff training and project leadership, and ensuring technical excellence in the preparation of technical reports, specifications, plans, designing foundations, retaining walls, and other geotechnical aspects of construction. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the growth of an established multi-disciplinary practice and contribute directly to the expansion and success of Langan’s Geotechnical Practice.
