Our Geotechnical Team in Ontario is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join us. This position is based in Vaughan, Ontario, with consideration for applicants in the greater Toronto area who have strong geotechnical skills from projects such as transportation, highways, rail, municipal roads, and bridges.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer with good technical and engineering skills, a professional engineering designation (P.Eng), to work on impactful projects, advance their career, and enjoy a hybrid work environment with growth potential and work-life balance.

Your Role Within The Team
  • Collaborate with professionals across sectors like transportation, rail & transit, energy, urban development, and industry.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary projects, supporting proposals, mentoring junior staff, and providing technical expertise.
  • Develop and expand our infrastructure geotechnics capabilities within our growing team.

The Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience, including at least one year in Ontario, with a P.Eng license.
  • Strong academic background with a relevant degree.
  • Experience with highways, rail, municipal roads, and bridges; familiarity with Ontario's Ministry of Transportation is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management, geotechnical design, ground investigation, and geohazards.
  • Competence in geotechnical software, excellent communication, report writing, and willingness to travel.
Compensation Range

Expected salary is between $100,000 and $150,000 annually, based on skills and experience.
