Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Under the general supervision of the SENIOR/CHARGE TECHNOLOGIST, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of Shared Health the General Duty RadiologyTechnologist – MRT performs assigned Diagnostic duties in accordance with their scope of training and experience. The General Duty Radiology Technologist – MRT assist radiologist in performance of radiologic procedures, assist with training and orientation of technologist, participates in instructing students, provides direct patient care, administrative and operational support functions required as part of the multi-disciplinary team approach of service delivery. As well as other duties as assigned.
