An established community organization is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to represent the Gilbert Centre at Delta Bingo & Gaming. This role involves greeting patrons and performing light cleaning duties, contributing to the success of community programs. Volunteers will work every other Monday from 1pm to 3pm, enhancing their community engagement while gaining valuable experience. A polo shirt will be provided, and applicants must complete online training and a shadowing shift. Join us in making a positive impact in Barrie!

Job description

Role description:

The Gilbert Centre works closely with Charitable Gaming Ontario and Delta Bingo & Gaming in Barrie. By providing 2 volunteers per shift we receive a portion of the proceeds to invest into our programs and services. The role requires you to represent the Gilbert Centre as you greet patrons coming and going from the establishment and provide some light cleaning duties on shift.

When: Every other Monday from 1pm-3pm

Location: Delta Bingo & Gaming in Barrie

Age Requirement: 18+

Other Requirements: Online training and one shadowing shift (to be scheduled with successful applicant)

Dress Code: GC polo shirt (to be provided to the successful applicant), dress pants, shoes
