This role is part of the newly established SAP Centre of Excellence (CoE) at BRP, comprising business process and technical experts across multiple domains. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand BRP's business model to align SAP solutions with organizational goals.
- Provide expertise in SAP eWM to meet business requirements and suggest solutions.
- Build relationships with key users to enhance SAP effectiveness.
- Support demand management and project prioritization with the PMO.
- Participate in project elaboration, implementations, and ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with AMS teams and partners for application maintenance and improvements.
- Develop standards and best practices for project delivery and maintenance.
- Contribute to design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions.
- Ensure specifications meet business needs; supervise development and testing resources.
- Create functional and design specifications.
- Support review of design standards and specifications.
- Stay informed of emerging functionalities and contribute to their implementation.
- Manage transition from project delivery to support teams.
- Assist data analytics teams with domain expertise for BI reports.
- Resolve complex support and maintenance issues.
- Participate in product and tool selection, industry trend analysis.
- Support change management, training, and job aids development.
- Suggest improvements for solution operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years SAP eWM configuration experience, including at least one full implementation cycle.
- Strong understanding of SAP EWM integration with TM, SD, and MM modules.
- Knowledge of SAP LE is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management concepts.
- Expertise in SAP EWM functionalities and best practices.
- Active participation in technical meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Experience with third-party integrations, EDI, and IDOC messaging.
- Understanding of S/4HANA processes.
- Experience with data migration, go-live, and cutover activities.
- Experience with large-scale international projects.
- Training skills for peer knowledge sharing.
- Interest in international trade and commerce.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and problem-solving focus.
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
